Building upon TEDxUoN

First, thank you to everyone who took the time to look at some of my other posts whilst reading about the awesome TEDxUoN Breaking Boundaries event last weekend! I'd love to keep up this great run of awesome things to talk about, but with exams and dissertation deadlines looming, I'm anticipating being fairly busy in the next few months! So I thought I'd take this opportunity to do something I had always been meaning to, transfer my posts from my old blog

I should put up a disclaimer that this was at the start of university, when I was much more focussed on fitness. Since then, a lot of things have gotten in the way, especially as my degree has gotten a lot harder since first year (unsurprisingly). I don't necessarily stick to all of these tips, but that doesn't mean it isn't still good advice. I like to think that my advice will help you to create sustainable healthy habits that will lead to long term health and hopefully a more enriched life experience that doesn't punish the odd slip up or two,  rather than a focus on absolute gains. You'll find that kind of information elsewhere.

I'll try and go through and edit them to make me sound a little less naive but I'll inevitably miss something, so be gentle! I hope you enjoy!
